Logo & Artwork Design policies (Embroidery and Engraving)
We will work with you to optimize your design to work with our service offerings. While we assist with color correction and optimization required, our design services are limited to preparing your artwork (digitizing) for use in our services. Please read Our Logo Design Process for a detailed outline of the process. Designing a logo or your artwork will require additional time and expense. You must call us to discuss your requirements.
Special programs for Veteran organizations and not-for-profits organizations.
We offer special pricing to veteran organizations and not-for-profit organizations that meet our criteria. Only qualified organizations will be eligible for the program. Please get in touch with us to see if your organization qualifies for this program.
Product provided to us by our Customers
We will take customary and reasonable care of the products you provide to us. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your products caused by the customizing process. Customers providing products to us assume all risks of damage associated with the customizing process.
