Refund policy
No refunds will be made on any product that has been altered, worn, damaged, modified, or washed. If an order is canceled before the altering is done, a refund may be given on any product only if it can be returned to the vendor it was ordered from less than a 20% restocking fee. No refund will be made for services performed. However, under no circumstances will a refund be given, other than under the guarantee discussed below, after ten calendar days of the invoice date.All returns must be approved in writing by us before returning any product. Any returns sent without prior approval or COD will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping to return the product. All orders require a minimum of 50% deposit. The deposit is only refundable if the product is returnable, and no customization processes have been performed. In addition, canceled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee. That fee will be based on the order and type of order.
Custom Ordered Sizes and Colors
Color, shapes, sizes, and species (for the wood product) may vary between brands, items, and techniques MNPS assumes no responsibility for variations, and the Customer is fully responsible for selections made. At the customer’s request, MNPC may assist the customer in selecting, but MNPS assumes no responsibility for the product selected. MNPC Work Product

By submitting a design to Mom and Pops Creations (“MNPC”), or using logos stored on this site, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.
Furthermore, you warrant and represent to MNPC that the design in no way:
Violates or infringes upon any common law or trademarks, contract rights, moral rights, or rights of public performance. Is subject to any known notice of such infringement. Is subject to any restriction or right which would prevent MNPC from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against MNPC which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party, provided MNPC gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against MNPC and its affiliates pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold MNPC harmless from and concerning any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) associated with any such claim, or suit of proceeding.
