All boards are natural and may have different patterns than shown.

We reserve the right to substitute boards in the event of unforeseen circumstances; the substitute board will always be of equal or greater value.

From time to time, we must change our hardwood. All hardwood changes will be discussed before order fulfillment, and the buyer will have the opportunity to decline substitutions and the option of a refund.

The availability of hardwood will depend on the market and cannot guarantee any specific species.

Production and shipping times will depend on the availability of hardwood species.
